1. Returns within 48 hours ONLY for functionality issues. Delivery & Installation Fees are non-refundable.
2. The store will cover 30 days after the purchase of the appliance.
3. After 30 days please contact CPS for service.

Every single LG appliance is backed by a 1-year third party warranty that comes with the appliances as a part of your purchase. This warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues.

Within the 30 days of purchase, customers must register their warranty with CPS (Consumer Priority Service) online at www.cpscentral.com or call 800-905-0443. Instructions are found in the pamphlet and warranty sticker. Each service request is subject to a $99 deductible. And service includes parts, service, and labor. Please get in touch with the store if you need help with anything. After 30 days, please contact CPS for service. Warranty exceptions are found in the pamphlet. Please read it carefully to understand the benefits. Our store is not responsible for issues stated in warranty exceptions.
